Job Description
- Drafting and organizing the annual planned activities’ reports (programmazione & rendicontazione) in coordination with the Secretary General;
- supervise the monthly registrations in the cash account made by internal CICC staff in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou;
- be responsible to maintain the relationship with the external Entities (Tax Bureau, Banks, Auditors, Recruiting Agencies);
- be responsible for the daily control of the CCIC bank accounts;
- draft the monthly payrolls for CCIC’s staff;
- drafting the annual activities budget and balance sheet, and relevant reports, in coordination with the Secretary General;
- monitoring Membership activities and targets, producing relevant reports;
- controlling suppliers contracts, invoicing and payments;
- controlling partners/clients contracts, invoicing and payments;
- be responsible for archive filing and data storage of CCIC’s documents and files related to activities and relevant invoicing/accounting matters;
- helping the Secretary General manager staff related issues, such as employment process, Visas, salary payments etc.;
- helping the Secretary General liaise with relevant authorities ensuring all CICC licenses and business activities are correctly registered and authorized;
- helping the Secretary General monitor the accounting of special projects (such as Desk within CICC, EU SME Centre, Enit, UCP etc.), reflecting such activities into the ministerial reports.
