Position Purpose

Responsible for taking lead in coordination and preparation of service delivery decks on behalf of CIO office and ensure that those are ready before key meetings.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Deck Preparation with key contents like IT Org Chart, IT Financials, Accomplishments, IT Pain Points, IT Statistics (KPIs), IT Strategy.

·         Coordinating with key members from Bank of the West to get information.

·         Convert raw data into meaningful information and presenting the right context.

·         Be proactive and get information from the right person.

·         Drive the meetings and ensure each participant from IT presents their views during the meeting.

·         Excellent presentation skills.

·         Innovative ways of preparing decks

·         Excellent Knowledge of PC software applications such as MS Office suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint

·         Good written and verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate well across groups and all levels of management

·         Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and organize tasks to meet required deadlines

·         Have strong analytical and data interpretation skills

·         Have demonstrated experience in analysis and presentation of data required

·         Able to work with minimal supervision

·         Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet required deadlines

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality
