TSI is now hiring a Client Manager to join our growing Insights and Strategy team. In this position you will be a native English speaker with experience in conducting market research, and be a strong project manager and leader that can push multiple project deliverables and ‘own’ the project delivery aspect of the business, with the support and guidance of senior
management.

Responsibilities
• Develop and lead client engagements through designing, executing and presenting analytic and strategy studies to meet client’s research and brand strategy objectives.
• Ensure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clients
• Lead and develop a project team/work collaboratively to deliver against client commitments
• Respond to client project briefs through rigorous analysis, grounded implications and actionable recommendations
• Assist with writing and proof-reading English language communications and deliverables

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Native English speaker and high attention to detail – this role will involve writing and proof-reading English language content for English speaking clients around the world
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2-5 years’ experience within a market research/insights agency, brand consultancy, in-house insights/research team, or similar
• Experience in at least one of qualitative or quantitative primary research methods. Experience in both preferred.
• Proven client management experience
• Some Mandarin level preferred
