Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and Linux web hosting administration
• Solid knowledge in GitLab, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL, Elastic Search, InfluxDB, Splunk, Grafana, and Kibana
• Certification on cloud computing will be an asset
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Proven English proficiency
• Non-office hour on-call support duty is required

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users and software developers
• Administrate web hosting infrastructure in hybrid-cloud environment
• Monitor system performance using log analytics and monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot web hosting problems and ensure system stability and security
• Ensure efficient use of resource and optimize the system performance
