• Responsible for CMF affairs in a huge region, especially for color standards, innovation, painting and finish requirements.
• Build-up an effective network with material suppliers and Local OEM
• Establish clear communication processes and relationships with Global CMF, Marketing, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• Development of appropriate processes and capabilities to deal with the CMF problems.
• Being responsible for timely follow-up and implementation of new project in region

• From 6 years experience in FMCG, Consumer electronics and other manufacturing industry.
• Solid experience in CMF or other related functions
• Bachelor degree as minimum, overseas background will be preferred.
• Professional level of English is essential
• Proven tracking record in regional project leadership role
