Job Description

As a CN CS Security Responsible you support both our inhouse & outsource operations with a particular interest in for greater China and support for the rest of Asia outsourced locations - trust, profit and compliance are your key areas. As CN CS Security Responsible your main responsibility is to support greater China & Asia CS Security to ensure both inhouse and outsourced compliance to H&M security and safety standards. You monitor company losses in connection to all Customer service markets. You initiate, co-ordinate and drive security related activities between H&M in house and the outsourced operations. You will be part of the Global CS Security Team and you report to Global Head of CS Security.

WHAT YOU DO?

  • Analyse, report & follow up on the information security, data privacy & loss prevention compliance within the inhouse & outsourced Centres
  • Create & maintain a good cooperation with relevant stakeholders such as Global CS Security, country security managers & local Centres & support offices
  • Preventing & investigating losses together with outsourced partners
  • Overseeing product liability & handling authority contacts
  • Monitoring outsourced access management procedures ensuring correct access provisions to the right people at the right time
  • Proactively work with compliance & audit preparation
  • Monitoring that security incidents related to the operations are reported & procedures are followed

  • A deep understanding of our process, procedures & way of working within Customer Service inhouse & outsourced operations
  • You can evidence continued improvement or education in the field of Security
  • You are both goal & result oriented with a proven track record of constant improvement in the field of Security
  • You are an excellent role model, with minimum 2 years leadership experience, who lives up to the H&M values
  • You are passionate & can demonstrate examples of security not only being a process but being part of our culture & daily work
  • You have the capacity for strategic thinking & planning as well as decision making
  • You have a positive attitude & a willingness to develop yourself & others
  • You have a proven track record of crisis management & working to tight deadlines
  • You have a working knowledge of China CSC inhouse and outsource security operations
  • You have excellent English skills, both written & spoken
