Job Description
1. Get latest information of related laws and regulation& national and international standards on time, involved in evaluation of the compliance of whole campus, communicate with report to senior and related department. 2. Maintain the EHS system in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. ISO45001/ISO14001/Safety Standardization/ EATON MESH. 3. Continuously identify, assess EHS risk, compile action plan, drive cross function team and element champion to close the action plan on time to reduces/eliminates EHS. 4. Invloved in EHS inspection, e.g. daily check, plant tour, fire protection check, safety cross audit, authorities check and so on. Handle the result of check according to different requirement. Collect EHS problem, make report and push related departments to take actions. 5. Involved in accident management, e.g. incident/accident investigation, prepare investigation report and follow up the corrective and preventative actions. 6. EHS training deployment. Encourage employee involvement in EHS activities. 7. Plan to deal with emergency situations that could adversely impact the environment, employees, or the community. 8. Regularly record, analyze and report EHS performance to Site & Corp EHS. 9. Deploy & follow up special project assigned by Site & Corp EHS, e.g. Machining guarding, LOTO, Ergonomic, Chemical... 10. Organize the physical examination and maintain the occupational health surveillance archives. 11. Formulate and modify EHS documents.
