  In charge of machining and assembly technical job in machining workshop, main responsibilities is to supporting supervisor in standardized work, problem solving, continuous improvement projects, etc./ 负责生产部机加工和装配车间生产技术工作，主要职责协助主管确保员工标准作业，技术问题解决，现场持续改善项目等。

Key duties / (Main) Responsibilities主要职责:

• Mainly in charge of standardized work in casting area, including working instruction elaboration, operator training, process confirmation and feedback to operator and his/her supervisor if deviations/负责员工标准化作业，包含作业标准制定，员工作业标准培训，作业过程审核并反馈员工及相应主管；

• Leading or supporting quality problem solving in casting area, if necessary, using standard tools, like A3 report, 8D, etc/主导或者支持质量问题解决， 如有必要，使用相应的质量工具，如A3，8D等；

• Leading the continuous improvement projects under the supports from supervisor/在现场主管支持下开展车间现场持续改善活动；

• Supporting supervisor in shopfloor management in casting area/协助现场主管现场管理；

• Act in compliance with EHS rules and regulations, be authorized to correct nonconformity and propose about continuous improvement of EHS system/严格遵守EHS规章，有权制止违章并对EHS体系的持续改进提出建议。

Back-up duties补充性职能:

• willingness to work in different production areas/ 愿意接受轮岗和其他职责。

Required Qualifications基本要求:

• College degree in numerical control specialty, mechanical engineering or above/ 数控技术，机械工程等相关专业大专以上学历。
• Experience as CNC machining technician or engineer (be familiar with Siemens 840D system prefers) above 2 years, must have experiences as CNC machining operator above 1 year/ 2年以上数控加工技师或者工程师经验（熟悉西门子840D系统优先），至少1年以上机加工操作员工经历。
• Basic knowledge in lean production or IE/ 基本的精益生产或者工业工程知识。
• Shop floor management experiences prefers/ 车间管理经验优先
• Basic English skills/ 基本的英语读写能力
