As part of its Content Operations business, Believe Distribution Services is currently looking for a Content Specialist for China. Reporting to the APAC Content Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for the quality of the music assets and metadata distributed on all streaming and download platforms for all Chinese content as well as other APAC content when back-up is needed.

She/ He will specifically be in charge of:

·        Collecting the music releases from Believe customers (artists & labels) with all their metadata,

·        Checking the quality of the files and their data to guarantee they respect the law and the guidelines from all platforms,

·        Validate digital music metadata content, in accordance with the rules outlined by iTunes and other international digital music stores (training will be given)

·        Solving all issues on the content based on the platforms feedbacks,

·        Managing day-to-day relationship with the sales team on all their key releases.

·        Ensure proper coordination with the central team of Believe for the release validation process

·        Bilingual in Chinese & English,

·        Perfect language skills in Chinese (syntax & grammar),

·        Rigourous, consciencious & attentive to details,

·        Digital friendly and a strong knowledge of streaming platform as a user,

·        Great flexibility in a fast moving international environment,

·        Proactive and willing to improve process and tools

·        Organised, reliable and independent

·        Motivated and curious, you know how to prioritize the work given

·        Team spirit

·        An advanced knowledge of the music industry would be a plus.
