Job Description
FunPlus Game is looking for Game Support for Facebook and Mobile Platforms. The role will be in charge of administration of FunPlus game fan page, CS channel and serves as primary generalist for our global Operation team with multiple skill focus on CS and Community , be the bridge between players and game studio for user questions, fan page promotion and point of contact with game studio.
Working Relationships:
- Within Operation Dept: Marketing Director
- Inter Depts: Game Studios
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead team on both Customer part and Community part by co-working with game studios, plan and implement the assignment from Marketing Director and Lead Game Operation Manager/Director as below,
Customer support part:
- To help and solve users reported questions from CS channels and report to game studio
- Manage and collect users’ feedbacks from CS channel
- Report for major questions and key CS metrics tracking
Community part:
- Manage most day to day outbound communications and key metric tracking
- Create and maintain communications calendar including cross promotion among games
- Fanblasts – write, post and manage international page management –scheduling communications with remote staff
- Create and administer surveys & share results to studio
- Contests - end to end creation and management
- Events: work and support all studio live events
- Translation: for each patch of new version to make the wording right and polished
- Market research: be the market expert of your region, and bring exactly information for mobile and web marketing channels
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, psychology or a related field
- 2 years and above experience in Customer Service, Community management from gaming or FMCG industry, preferable with Social Gaming experience
- Strong passion for gaming on consoles, PCs, or mobile devise, play game a lot .
- Native speaker in English, and good in Chinese is a plus
- Computer skill with office and Photoshop is a plus
