Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or business related disciplines, preferably with a Master degree
• Holder of CFA and / or a recognized accounting qualification
• Minimum 13 years’ working experience, of which 8 years’ experience in company/investment analysis; sell-side experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of capital market
• Team player, good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua

Responsibilities:

• Assist in investor relations activities such as NDRs, meeting rating agencies and ESG groups
• Assist in corporate planning activities such as preparation of Board papers, results announcement and ad hoc fund raising activities
• Conduct company / industry analyses, particularly property sector, for both investment and strategic purposes
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assist in corporate planning related tasks
