You manage and control the costs and ratios of the different services of the hotel.

You ensure the supply of stocks and their appropriate controls.

You are responsible for inventories and justify deviations if necessary.

You participate in the optimization of revenue and conduct analysis through reports to Management based at headquarters ????.

You supervise the delivery of merchandise and ensure that they do not fall into the wrong hands.
