Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • European multinational company
  • We specialized in civil engineering projects  
  • We are expertise in the field of post-tensioning & foundation projects for buildings and infrastructure  
  • We are looking for COST CONTROLLER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Work in Cost Controlling Team to support all production activities by identifying and reducing business expenses to increase profits
  • Collects, puts in place financial control information and prepares the monthly statement of accounts; 
  • Inspects site or section budgets on behalf of the head of operations, carries out Budgetary Control; 
  • Participates in analysis of budgetary control and warns of variance; 
  • Analyses potential impacts and helps operational staff in charge to implement actions; 
  • Helps to set up objectives/status updates; 
  • Draws up cash-flow forecasts, foreign exchange position, activity forecast, etc.; and 
  • Puts results into perspective through different summary documents/reporting updates.
  • Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting; 
  • Minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience at project levels; 
  • Proficient in Excel;
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and Englis.
  • Work location : Kowloon Bay
