Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare daily production schedule for the team.
  • Factory based role responsible for food production and processing
  • Coordinate and patrol daily production according to the company standard /checklist (Hygiene, Food Safety and Work Safety)
  • Coordinate the work flow of the team.
  • Monitor the usage of chicken, marinate and packing material. Ensure their usages are up to standard
  • Liaise with internal and external parties (logistics, food supplier etc) issues
  • Report to the CPP management for any incident
  • Need to report duties during weekends and holidays depending on schedule set by supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in F&B industry, preferably in food factory
  • Knowledge of ISO22000 / HACCP / BRC will be an advantage
  • Team-player, willing to learn and with good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Hardworking, attention to detail and self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
