Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Carry out on site audit at client C&C’s vendor factories in accordance with client’s audit requirements.

• Ensure audit procedures and auditor code of conduct are properly implemented during audit.

• Prepare and submit audit reports to office timely.
  

• Prepare and submit complete audit files to office timely.
  

• Provide training and develop trainee in daily work.
  

• Communicates integrity issues to N+1/N+ a timely manner.
  

• Submit expense reimbursement form in time per company policies.

• Finish other works assigned by superiors/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

• 3 years working experience in manufacturing - with at least 1year experience in a particular product
• Colleague degree or above or vocational course in relevant subject (ie. textile technology) – An additional 3 years working experience in manufacturing could be considered a substitute after further assessment by manager or above
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management System
• Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge on ISO 9000 preferred;
• Usual command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility;
• Willing to travel frequently
