Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限 - Support at supplier pre-selection. - Supplier follow up (APQP/QPN)to reach product release according TKT-P standards - Supplier process improvements follow up - Product specific know how continuous improvement - Assure customer specifications at the supplier - Ensure the Quality, Timing and Cost targets Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 - Support for purchasing conference preparation - Supplier quality/technical support from nomination until serial production - Interface between Technical development, quality, purchasing and the supplier - Lead of APQP/QPN planing at the supplier - Ensure the product maturity level at the supplier - Lead of part submission warranty (PPAP,EMPB) and supplier process readiness audit - Analyze the quality issues at the component during development phase and action plan follow up. (Nomination until serial release) - Assure supplier lessons learned implementation - PFMEA participation at the supplier - Support to the Plant SQE's in case of high risk/escalated topics - Support project leader from nomination of components until serial release

Your profile

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格 1. Knowledge 知识 Education 学历 University degree Foreign Language 外语 Good command in English Computer Skill 计算机 Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, powerpoint) 2. Experience 经验 Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 At least three years of experience in supplier quality assistance in related commodity Management experience 管理经验 no requirement Project leader experience 项目管理经验 One or two project leading experience is preferred Project member experience 项目参与经验 Project experience is required Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 At least two years working experience in JVs or foreign invested company
