Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限 - Construction of test fixture and test equipment - Efficient handling of test equipment orders - Continuous improvement of our test fixture or test equipment - Permanent extension of know-how - Obtaining of maximum customer- and staff satisfaction - Attainability of cost-, date- and quality targets - Dispatching of external construction tasks Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 - Test Fixture contact window between Eschen and China Central LAB, Close communication with Eschen's design team unifying test fixture standard, Ensure same test concept in Globe Presta plants. - Responsible for test Fixture designing of all Local projects from Development phase to SOP - Fully support for all China plants(PS/PHS/PFC/PCHZ/PFCC/Foshan) test fixture designing and improvement and optimizing. - Responsible for all test fixture topic related with PSC, PSG, PCE… all BU’s. - Design and modifiy or optimize measuring gage according to the needs of TEP engineers. - Responsible development and qualify new fixture supplier to meet Presta rules. - Purchasing and quality inspection of test fixture for all China Plants. Ensure all plants use same fixture for same project. - Test fixture data management and maintenance in PLM, LISP, SAP… - Gage / Measuring fixture development and external supplier gage or fixture concept release. - Cooperation with testing Engineer establish new test fixture under new test specification condition. Ensure new test can be performed successfully. - Training test technician handling and operating of new test fixture, and make or update WI if necessary. - Coordination and realization of department regulations - Continuous improvement in laboratory processes and procedures - Construction of prototyping-workshop devices - Administration of test equipment - Support with maintenance and repairing of test benches - Counseling at planning of test methods and test concepts - Assist with the tester to complete the daily test tasks. - Establishing of design guidelines for test equipment - Control of cleanliness, tidiness and order in Laboratories - Management of spare parts for new and existent testing machines. - Daily tasks Logbook creation and status updates. - Coordination of laboratory resources in China, optimizing the utilization of resources to meet the experimental needs of plants. - Assist experimenter, PT engineer, test engineer, project manager, implement new project test. - Cooperate with test engineer and test technician to finish test equipmentMSA and test bench monthly check. Others - Market analysis regarding Purchasing of new Measuring devices within his responsibility - Daily working environment high lever 5s condition

Your profile

Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格 1. Knowledge 知识 Education 学历 University Degree, mechanical related majors. Foreign Language 外语 Good command in English Computer Skill 计算机 Be good at related office software 2. Experience 经验 Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 1 years mechanical design related work experience, prefer fixture design experience.
