As Employee Communications Student Worker, you will be part of the Costa Rica Assembly and Test group (CRAT) and will report to CRAT Employee Experience manager directly.

The CRAT Employee Experience (EExO) team works with global Intel Assembly & Test and Human Resources stakeholders to deliver the best-in-class employee experience programs that touches all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention. This team is responsible for developing, implementing, and running employee experience programs that drive engagement, recognition, well-being, and diversity & inclusion across CRAT organization impacting 1200+ employees.

As a communications student worker in CRAT Employee Experience Office team, your role will be key to generate an engaging communications strategy for Costa Rica Assembly and Test employees to improve their experiences while working at Intel.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Support the CRAT organization by designing and actioning an internal communications strategy that increases transparency of business activities, drives cross-functional collaboration and engagement, creates a better connection between org leadership and employees and builds CRAT community.

- Assist with the design and execution of internal global Assembly Test Manufacturing communications campaigns.

- Develop monthly engagement communications for CRAT based on communications quarterly/yearly roadmap that includes not only Employee Experience related comms but also business related/operational ones.

- Create and sustain different internal communications channels based on Intel communications.

- Provide support to anyone in or outside the organization that has a need to communicate something to CRAT employees.

- Create not only written communications but also podcasts, videos and any other kind of communication you consider necessary for the organization.

Required behavioral skills include:

- Must be pursuing a bachelor in graphic design, communications, marketing, public affairs, or any other related field.
- Creative, collaborative, independent, and innovative work attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Creative and strategic thinker.


Qualifications

Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience

Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced English Level.
- 1+ year experience in Usage of Microsoft Tools ( word, outlook, power point, etc.)
- Editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Video editing, or similar tools.
- Canvas and/or other Design Tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media or any other marketing campaign
