Job Description
Eaton’s Corporate is currently seeking a CRDS Specialist Temporary to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro Office. The CRDS Specialist Temporary is responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering and processing incoming orders on a timely basis while maintaining customer service center and ISO quality standards. Orders generally received via email, fax, or EDI. Work as a team with related departments to meet the requirements that may be needed according to the needs of the plant. Some activities related with the position will be: Review in Power BI the lines to work by General Order Number of the batch assigned by the Team Leader. Cancel the lines indicated in Power BI, found in the suffix JPW. Change the lines indicated in Power BI in the suffix BJR and proceed to reduce the line. Ensure compliance with the assigned activities within the established time. Provide support in the Order Interpreter folder to work orders with errors. Inform the client and proceed to make the confirmed changes in Vista. Entry of standard orders in the Order Entry ePOD folder. Prioritization of orders in the CSC Avery Creek folder. Entry of orders in the Division of B-line, Bussmann, Crouse Hinds and Wiring Devices. #LI-SL4 Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor degree necessary Minimum 1 year customer interaction/support experience Easy adaptability to different work and cultural environments Team work / Good relationships with internal and external customer Experience with SAP and/or Vista/ Excellent understood and manage of computer packages, web pages and emails Ability to read, listen and write in English What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
