职位描述

1. Manage all area member data include BDL & Voyage and extract datas according to area manager needs

2. Analyze, synthesize and member data to identify trends, develop insights and inform decision makers

3. Design, implement reports and dashboards to provide strategic and operational support to the Marketing and CRM team

4. Quarterly member analysis report for Training team

任职条件

1. 3+years’experience doing data analysis preferably for a retail company.

2. BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science

3. Fluency in SQL or Python or other programming languages.

4. Experience with large data sets a plus

5. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
