Job title : CRM Specialist
Direct Supervisor: Assistant Retail Operations Manager
Location: Shanghai

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for CRM planning and strategy in Versace China stores and reports directly to the General Manager of Retail.

Responsibilities:

? Be responsible for CRM annual planning and budget allocation

? Provide routine CRM data, business analysis and submit monthly CRM report to line manager

? CRM system maintenance

? Initiate CRM activities (VIP event etc.) based on the marketing plans and be fully responsible for the execution and post event analysis

? Collaborate with shopping mall landlords to create the commercial opportunities and activities.

? Coordinate & provide support with related departments, such as Stores / PR / Buying / Finance etc.

? Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree or above

? Minimum 3 years work experience in retail / marketing / luxury industry, good sense of luxury industry is preferred

? Skillful on data analysis

? Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English

? Excellent at Microsoft software, such as PPT / Excel / Word.

? Good communication & interpersonal skills

? Hands on, detail oriented and attitude of "can do” / "make it happen"
