Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and implementing in the CRM member campaigns
• Assist in CRM daily management and regular reports;
• Monitor the inventory level among markets;
• Help in planning inventory logistic and stock replenishment;
• Source new gifts and liaise with suppliers;
• Handle invoice and payment with internal departments and vendors;
• Update or enter data into system;
• Preparing related materials and support the training to the front-line staff
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in CRM and Marketing
• Exposure working in FMCG / Retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Hands-on, innovative with strong agility to learn
• Strong computer skills including MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
• Fluent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
