A Lot About You
We are looking for a CRM Operation Specialist with passions towards CRM and marketing operations. In this position, you will support the Yahoo network CRM initiatives by executing campaign deployment, developing crm tool manual guide with a great consolidation of best practices, and participating in campaign planning and analytics. You will be working with CRM strategist and marketers across APAC, EMEA, LATAM markets closely.

Your Day

  • Work with CRM strategist to clarify campaign design, collect marketing materials, manage deployment timeline across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM markets.

  • Utilize CRM software to develop and execute CRM campaigns.

  • Conduct software manual with use cases to train internal users and facilitate operation efficiencies.

  • Contribute to CRM campaign leads preparation and result analysis.

You Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree.

  • Strong critical reasoning skills, good with figures.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, fluent in English speaking and writing.

  • Self-motivated.
