Role can be based in Irvine, CA or remote. JOB SUMMARY: As a CRM Promotions Manager for A-DL you will be responsible for the CRM strategy for Allē promotions. You will build the communication plan for each Allē brand promotion across our CRM channels (email, SMS, push notification, in-app messages). This role continuously collaborates with the Promotions Team and Brand teams to achieve business objectives. This role will manage the campaign through it’s full life-cycle. You will present the CRM strategy to internal stakeholders, work with agency partners to build creative, and then partner with the CRM Operations team to implement and deploy campaigns. This position will also be responsible for reviewing campaign performance, communicating it back to stakeholders and optimizing future promotions. WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERYDAY: Partner with counterpart, CRM Promotions Manager Partner with Promotions and Brand teams to understand business objectives, goals for each promotion Develop compelling CRM communications strategy to meet business objectives Present communication strategy to internal stakeholders Write creative briefs and hold briefing meetings with internal and external agencies Work with CRM Operations team on audience segmentation, business requirements and deployment of promotional campaigns Review campaign metrics and report out to internal stakeholders Test, iterate and optimize campaigns Develop promotional pull-through journeys to increase redemption Qualifications 10 or more years of marketing experience Bachelor's Degree Previous experience lifecycle, promotional, loyalty, direct marketing B-to-C (and B-to-B a plus) Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary. Experience managing high volume of campaigns at once Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude Excellent attention to detail and highly organized Digitally savvy and comfortable with new technologies (e.g., Confluence / Jira, MIRO, Loom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Suite, etc.) Previous experience in pharmaceutical space a plus Competent in Excel Expert in email best practices & KPIs Expert in email and SMS rules and regulations (i.e CCPA, GDPR) Previous experience with Braze or Braze certification a plus Previous experience with Segment or other CDP a plus OUR CORE VALUES: Be Humble: You’re smart yet always interested in learning from others.
