Job Description

Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst  position is available within TTS and Securities Services Sales technology to manage/support functionality being developed using Siebel CRM, Java/J2EE, Content Management, TIBCO and Microsoft technologies for the Sales to Fulfillment platform. The position requires an understanding of Citi’s products and services as well as ability to proactively and effectively manage key projects. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of management required.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
  • Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • * Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phase of software development life cycle - SDLC)

    * Very strong knowledge in Siebel CRM toolset and architecture

    * Very strong knowledge in Siebel REST API and EAI

    * Very strong knowledge in Workflow, Content Management and TIBCO tools

    * Strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications

    * Knowledge of Sales (Opportunity), Implementation Tracking (Order Management), Deal Review (Solution configuration), Marketing, Lead Management modules in Siebel CRM

    * Communicate effectively with business to be able to translate the business requirements

    * Provide innovative ideas and solutions in an ever-changing environment

    * Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

    * Provide high-level technical options that may span multiple systems

    * Translate high-level requirements into detailed designs

    * Lead and facilitate design sessions and code walk-through

    * Strong technical background in systems architecture, database design, and system interfaces

    * Assess and communicate issues of technology impact on the business and apply a broad knowledge of technical functions to accurately anticipate impact

    * Provide innovative solution to improve performance & usability across the processes.

    * Understand the different aspects of business; participate in the requirements definition

    * Minimum 12 years working experience out of which minimum of 8 years’ experience in financial industry

    * Java/J2EE, IBM BPM, WebLogic Server, TIBCO

    * Knowledge in Enterprise Application: Siebel Industrial Application 8.1.1/8.1.1.4/Innovation Pack 2016.

    * Knowledge Siebel integrations with other enterprise systems (Salesforce, IBM BPM)

    * Knowledge Siebel REST API

    * Knowledge Siebel Marketing Integration – ESD, BHD and CTD Process flow

    * Knowledge Siebel Email Response and Outlook Integration

    * Knowledge Siebel subsystem and Integration with Java message Service (JMS Queue) 

    * Knowledge in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, UX framework

    * Knowledge in Elastic Search and GemFire cache product

    * Knowledge in Continues Development and Continues Integration (CI/CD)

    * Knowledge in design & development of Rich Internet Application (RIA) using Flash, Silverlight, WCF, WPF

    * Knowledge in XML, XSD, XSLT, Web Services SOAP

    * Knowledge in MS SQL Server 2008/2010/2013

    * Knowledge in Oracle 10g/11g PL/SQL

    * Experience in creating Application design documents and Design Patterns

    * Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
