In the role of the CRM System Executive, you will gather, identify and analyse the data and reports to optimise the field force structure

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the CRM software and develop reports to ensure accurate and regular usage of CRM software
• Responsible for the quality of the data of the doctors and pharmacists database on the CRM
• Coordinate the process of physician profiling, segmentation and targeting in line with company objectives
• Ensure data compliance and quality as well as sales cycle management & mid cycle changes are met
• Provide detailed end user documentation and training
• Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and implementing corrective measures

Essential Requirements

• You have a university degree from a reputable university
• You have had experience in sales force effectiveness or commercial excellence work in a leading pharmaceutical company and/or carried out an SFE project role
• You have knowledge in CRM systems and processes with excellent planning and implementation skills
• You are proficient in English with good communication skills
• You adapt quickly and flexible in a dynamic learning environment
