CRM Veeva Expert

Job Description

1.  Position purpose
 

  • The CRM Expert will ensure the Veeva System´s performance for Pharma organization in Spain, also promoting commercial excellence through a quality support for the sales force. Collaboration is key, and the CRM Expert will interact closely to the teams in the Business Strategy & Operations department, by supporting them to analyze and identify KPIs based on the data available in Veeva CRM.

 

2.   Major tasks and responsibilities of position

 

  • Administration and maintenance of Veeva CRM:
    • Data Base administration
    • Data load in Veeva CRM through external data sources (Target accounts, Potential, Surveys, Multichannel Plans …)
    • Territory structure maintenance
    • Data processing to ensure its quality and consistency across different associated systems
    • Follow up and alignment with global support team
    • Data analysis, supporting the team in the process of understanding multichannel activation and content performance, customer behavior, digital preferences and other sorts of insights

 

3.   Qualifications

 

Degree:

Bachelor's degree in the area of Business Intelligence: Big Data, Advanced Analytics or Data Mining.

For the role is desirable:

 

  • Proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with data processing in the Veeva CRM and its multichannel modules
  • Desirable knowledge in business intelligence tools, such as Qlik Sense or similar, like Tableau
  • Desirable knowledge of Agile Methodologies
