Job Description
岗位职责 Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately
- Oversee CRM data governance which will include: Data standards, Data audit and Reporting of key performance metrics
- Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of individual CRM program strategy within the internal teams
- Own the responsibility for retention campaigns, right from conceptualisation to analysis. This will include idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process, and execution.
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Analyse market reports to determine what kind of marketing trends the business should respond to

任职要求 Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree required, better in a quantitative discipline (typically statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, or operations research)
- At least 4 years working experience in CRM field, knowledge of digital or luxury boutique background is preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-driven initiative and willing to learn and grow with the development and influence
- Ability to work cross functionally and reciprocally with multiple departments
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
