職務說明

• Develop a strategic customer journey model and framework across the entire customer lifestyle
• Day-to-day execution of campaign activity based on clear ROI analysis supporting Brand, Events, Experiential and PR
• Develop regional prospect and owner dialogue programs
• Deliver stand-alone high profile CRM campaigns to drive targeted acquisition through affinity partnerships
• Day-to-day management of the CRM data environment, including ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Responsibility for CRM system landscape, including the development of enhancements and roadmap development
• Compilation, and execution of, a cross functional Dealer CRM strategy - known as 'Customer Transformation'
• Collaborate with Sales and Dealer Marketing to drive dealer usage of CRM systems and processes
• Maintaining and building a knowledge and awareness of new CRM technologies and best practices.
• Comprehensively analyze and report purchase funnel metrics and prepare recommendations based on the analysis.
• Maintain and exercise an understanding of the impact and implications of data related decisions and actions on other areas within the CRM environment.

理想的應徵者

• At least 6 years of working experience focus on CRM
• Experience with CRM related to premium brands or products with at least three years experience in a management position.
• Strong strategic planning, implementation and project management skill set.
• Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft office software.
