Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Customer Services Administrator
Location : Taipei
Customer Services Administrator, report to Customer Service & Account Operations Manager, Greater China
Key Responsibilities
- ( Job working location : Taipei Office)
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly reports for clients.
- Liaise with operations department to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Maintain effective communication with customers to achieve service excellence
- Organize and update filing system and other daily files
- Ah-hoc assignment
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC, strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Word and data maintenance
- Positive work attitude: committed, willing to help, to learn and to participate
- Promising career prospect for candidates with good performance
