In CSCE, we are accountable for delivering BEST IN CLASS ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS across all CS common engineering programs and infrastructure. The scope of CSCE includes engineering excellence across Fab/AT/RDL, asset management, cost engineering, enabling growth, and automation.

The ASSET MANAGEMENT TEAM within CSCE is responsible for the quality and reliability of our asset portfolio through its operating lifetime. We are Customer focused. We believe quality and reliability interruptions to the operations of our assets are preventable. We continuously improve our Customer experience by developing strategies to optimize and balance operating cost, performance and reliability of our assets.

As a CORPORATE SERVICES ASSET MANAGEMENT ENGINEER your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Developing a global CS maintenance strategy for optimized cost/efficiency and for reliability

  • Data-mining to identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Working within the CSET/JET engineering teams to execute changes to our PM programs aligned to those strategies.

  • Evolving our maintenance programs from time-based to run-based foo cost/efficiency improvements

  • Applying fault detection to predict when early maintenance is required to prevent asset failure causing an interrupt to our Customers

  • Determining true root cause and failure mode of asset driven quality/reliability events, driving engineering solutions to prevent recurrence

  • Creating data platforms and dashboards which visualize our cost, efficiency and reliability performance against goal

  • Deep-learning of our Maximo system, including support of activities to improve user experience of Maximo data

  • Data modelling of our reliability risk profile as our assets age over the next 10yrs to direct effective spending of our Ops Capital budget

  • Flexibility to expand ownership as programs evolve with CSCE OKRs


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any other facility-related engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience working in facilities operations, or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any other facility-related engineering discipline with 2+ years of experience working in facilities operations


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in equipment operations and maintenance in Facilities or Fab

  • Data analysis and visualization skills

  • Complex engineering problem-solving skills, model-based problem solving considered an advantage

  • Ability to work in a joint engineering team to deliver results

  • Commitment to task

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
