Business Development for Bank Channel

• Meet assigned targets in alignment with company’s objectives

• Manage and deepen the business relationship with bank partners
• Expand the bank channel business by exploring new business opportunities of pension and group insurance products through existing and new bank partners

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to bank partners
• Assist to implement sales incentive program, marketing  and promotional campaign
• Provide market and product trainings to intermediaries

Special Projects

• Participate in various digitalization projects to enhance the intermediary and customer experience
• Participate in various departmental IT, service and process enhancement projects to improve sales and process efficiency 
• Work with internal parties to fulfill regulatory/compliance requirements

People Management

• Provide coaching, training and development to team members

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University Graduate with over 5 years experience in financial services and marketing management
• Good product knowledge
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Tactful interpersonal relationship
• Self-motivated and customer orientated
• Required to obtain relevant licence (IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) if the job involves in regulated activities
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
