The CS Digital Innovation and Contracts Management Officer focuses on the delivery of service capability projects from strategic, BAU to transformation initiatives.

He/she shall work closely with the Head of Corporate Solutions and various CS Function Heads (CS Digital Transformation, Risk and Control, CS Business Innovation and Channel Support & Business Analytics, CS operations and CS Sales Channel Heads), and other cross functional units to ensure that all strategic initiatives - particularly digitalization, identified areas for improvement, transformation and new product launches are supplemented with necessary platform/tool supports.

He/she shall liaise with local IT, AIA Technology Shared Services (TSS) and all other transformation teams in Philam Group relating to CS.

  • Prepares and develop detailed project plans, thru Project Charters and Business Cases, based on identified strategic initiatives, areas for improvement, transformation and all other similar short term projects.
  • Ensures adequate budget and resource allocation, and creation of project team/s that will work on the project delivery.  
  • Liaises with Project Team and CS Management by preparing and presenting project progress reports, providing comfort that the project is progressing as expected.
  • Liaises with third party vendors and the Group Quality Management and Contract Specialist in negotiating all terms and agreements to be applied in working on various phases of the project until the hand-over.
  • Designs risk mitigation and handles/address project-related risks.
  • Leads the design, testing, planning and implementation of simple to complex system enhancements.
  • Collaborates with different business unit heads, other project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify desired outcomes of the project.
  • Reviews/handles all outgoing/incoming project documentations.
  • Other Responsibilities Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements  

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College graduate with a degree in business administration or equivalent, preferably with information technology discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant project management experience preferably in an insurance company
  • Familiarity on Agile Project Management Framework.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
