Responsibilities:

• Create and handle shipment job

• Send pre-alert and shipping advices to oversea

• Prepare and present proper transport solution to counterpart and local sales dept.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Follow up with customer regarding shipments status

• Coordinate and liaise with key personnel in other functional areas to provide update and status to customers

• Collaborate closely with operations to jointly delivering excellence customer service

• Attend to daily communication with overseas to ensure best service to deliver to customers

Requirements:

• F.7 or above;

• At least 2 years CS experience in Air Freight is a must;

• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must;

• Familiar with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature;

• Immediately available is highly preferable

We offer 13 months salary, medical and overtime allowance to right candidate.
