Job Duties:
• Reply to customer enquiries and complaints
• Accurately record relevant information
• Product sales and provide quality customer service
• Proactively introduce company's beauty products and understand the needs of the guests
Requirements:
• DSE or above, with written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Responsive, cheerful
• 1 year of relevant customer service experience is preferred
• Welcome graduate application
