• Plan and execution of CS marketing events to attract customer awareness and retension, promote products and service.
• Regional communication and support to ensure smooth and sound marketing operation in retail level.
• Retail marketing enhancement projects in nationwide.
• Customer communication campaign and guidelines to support dealers’ CS marketing operation.
Task description
CS Promotion Campaigns
• Work closely with sales BUs to work out promotion planning base on business requirements and customers’ needs.
• Design and carry out marketing events aiming on both product promotion and customer experience and needs, prospecting throughput and customer retention.
• Develop, organize, and implement the seasonal/regular retail campaigns & promotions and evaluate the result of each marketing activity based on CS business needs.
• Manage & guide vendors to deliver quality & timely campaign design, execution and reporting.
Regional Contact and Support
• Counterparts of regional CS marketing business.
• Support CS marketing plan and budget of marketing activities at regional level, supervise the execution and evaluate result.
• Regional CS coordination to execute & monitor campaigns, communications and promotions, provide comprehensive manual for campaign execution.
• Assist to prepare dealer CS marketing guideline & audit, maintain CS marketing system.
• Regular region/dealer visit to check campaign execution on retail level and analyze the retail marketing key issues and opportunities.
CS Events Management
• Make strategy and planning of CS events according to CS business development key objectives and targets.
• Design, development, execution and evaluation of CS events e.g. TechMasters, customer events etc.
• Pilot and innovative use of new technology in events setup
• Vendor management
Retail Marketing Operations
• Manage and provide support to the CS retail marketing materials and systems maintenance.
• Develop dealer workshop, products display design and planning, and interactive programs setup.
• Design and Develop necessary toolkits for products and services sales in dealer level and provide training and process for long term applications.
• Ensure the execution of CS activities and events in dealer level by coordination and co-work with regions.
• Support in dealers’ CI/VI check, trainings, and regular business requests relates to customer services marketing field.
