As an Integration system specialist in the CS People Programs and Systems Group, you will join a highly innovative and driven team focused on providing world-class talent workforce solutions.
You will have a broad range of responsibilities that will include, but are not limited to:

• Compile and track critical success indicators for overall hiring process performance and health.
• Responsible for daily execution to maintain EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) hiring processes and the CS New Hire Integration Business Program.
• Develop and maintain information system and database of CS new hire integration program.
• You will have to interact and understand various platforms and will be required to leverage the information there into real business value.
• Initiate and optimize existing reports and indicators.
• The work requires multiple interactions with global stakeholders (managers, HR, training systems, Corp teams and Finance) to gather the data.
• In this role you will have to be creative, fast, focused and full of new ideas.

Qualifications

• 1st or 2nd degree Student for Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Information Systems with at least 4 semesters till graduation (Student of Industrial Engineering - focus on information systems - adv.)
• Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel specifically, including VBA).
• Intermediate SQL.
• Intermediate Power BI.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Availability of 2-3 days per week.
• The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision
• The candidate must be able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner and strong proven skills to quickly learn new SWs and execute results.
• Good communication skills at all levels are required.
• Ideas Initiation and self-execution.
• Teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English (Speaking; Reading and Writing).
