Job Description

Business project support
Deliver solid metrology project results within due date by closely working with customers, peers and VHN development team
Proactively work with development team to develop new metrology technology to meet customer requirements
Customer support
Support troubleshooting customer issues and lead escalation.
Support customer process qualification to secure metrology performance, including target and recipe optimization of metrology system
Explore, understand and fulfill customer’s needs to meet customer performance requirements
