Job Description

Project Management in After-Sales Business & Product Development
- Responsible for the design of a new project & product for the retailers and endcustomers in After-Sales marketing topics and detail development of the projects and products.
- Organize project team members who can design and support new business process including role and responsibility and ensure their involvement in the working of the project.
- Define project milestone and regular project meeting schedule to track progress.
- Lead project meetings to develop agreements and solutions for the project implementation and update project related information and progress status.
- Resolve the risks and problems that may arise during the working of the project.
- Manage project report to stakeholders.
- Monitor the launched new business status after closing project stage and coordinate with project team members to resolve any issues after the business launch.

Market Research and Business Analysis for new After-Sales Business Development
- Conduct market survey and carry out dealer visit in order to track new AfterSales business and
product opportunities (the new business opportunities).
- Analyze and evaluate the new business opportunities by using various business analysis methods.
- Identify the key factors that lead to the success of the new business opportunities by understanding overall business models and process of dealers and/or other MPCs.
- Analyze business cases that result from the new business opportunities.
- Study and coordinate the requirements of stakeholders in the new business opportunities.
After-Sales Products and Dealer Steering Management
- Report & Monitor cost risk in provision and share all reports and results with Controlling for transparency in all calculation
- Evaluate the cost of AfterSales products annually by tracking the utilization of After-Sales products provision
- Provide dealer training on AfterSales products to enhance their knowledge
- Coordinate overall processes to manage contracts of AfterSales products
- Support dealers to sell AfterSales products in various ways
- Communicate with dealers to collect the feedback and find possibility to improve the overall business
After-Sales Dealer Steering Program Management
- Review the contents of Dealer Steering Program based on the approach of Company
- Communicate Dealer Steering Program with Dealers according to condition of Dealer Agreement.
Retail & Wholesale Business Analysis
- Analyze dealers’ key performance results with Retail KPI Monitoring tools in diverse approaches
- Provide business insights, potentials and opportunities to internal/external stakeholders
- Analyze Retail & Wholesale profitability & growth in order to present its improvement measures
- Communicate internally and externally for data quality assurance and accuracy
- Provide dealers’ achievement reports on a regular basis,
- Manage Retail KPI monitoring tools : MRA, VPM, REKA
