Corporate Services Central Engineering, CSCE, owns the strategic and systematic development, standardization, implementation, and measurement of key central engineering functions to drive efficiency, reliability, and world class cost optimization to support our global facilities portfolio. The scope of the Central Engineering Organization within Corporate Services consists of asset management, cost engineering, enabling growth, and automation.
As a Corporate Service Asset Reliability Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
� Drive improvement of facility asset reliability by applying expertise of industry best practice for failure modes related to corrosion/chemical wearout, with ability to proliferate expertise to a wider team of engineers. Must have knowledge of common failure modes, component failure rates and proficiency at true root cause investigation. MBPS leadership skills considered advantageous.
� Drive funding/roadmaps for quality and reliability improvements with the CSET/JETs.
� FMEA program ownership in support of CSET/JETs. This includes prioritization of FMEA revision/creation and facilitating FMEA development. It should also include driving system improvements which integrate closed loop learnings to the FMEAs so that they are viewed as live working documents, for instance following quality events or early asset failure
� Flexibility to expand ownership as programs evolve with CSCE OKRs

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess all the following educational or experience requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any other facility related engineering discipline with 6+ years of experience working in facilities operations, or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or any other facility related engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience working in facilities operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/Skills as follows:
� Will require leadership and commitment to task, ability to develop and deliver project roadmaps, and establishing good working relations with key stakeholders
� Identifying and implementing key strategic initiatives to improve facilities asset reliability. Developing roadmaps and executing to them while measuring progress
� Project management
