- Support on CS strategic focus/new initiatives related research and result analysis.

Task description
In general
- Design yearly the research execution strategy;
- Execute yearly research planning with dedicated topics arranged.
Business intelligence sharing
- Periodically share competitive/industrial/new retail market info in Customer Service level;
VOC/Expert interview
- Interview with the CS BUs for dedicated requirements and questions deep dive;
- Design the proper questionnaire
- Arrange VOC (Voice Of Customers) and Expert Interview;
- Analyse the interview results for insights sharing.
Industry Research/Customer Research
- Propose the research key focus;
- Discuss with CS mgmt. & CS different BUs for their expectations;
- Design the detail questionnaire;
- Arrange industry/customer research;
- Share the research results for insights sharing.
Other reporting request by mgmt.
- Ad-hoc research data analysis & reporting in supporting CS business development.
