Corporate Services Learning and Development provides training solutions to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) as well as to security, construction and technical support systems. These solutions touch the wellbeing of almost every Intel employee around the world. Team's scope includes driving the learning experience into the future by exploring and utilizing new technologies such as virtual reality and more.

As an Augmented Reality Training & Technology Onboarding Specialist, you will support Corporate Services (CS) Facilities of the Future project by supporting the development and deployment of the AR technology and processes utilized in the project.

• You will work closely with CS LnD project manager, team members, partners and CS members of the workforce to deliver the hardware and software capabilities within the scope of the project.
• The position also requires working with the Global project team and end users on the user experience, testing of AR hardware or software, delivery of technology onboarding training virtually and dealing with the hardware device repairs and returns.
• In this position you will also ensure the devices successfully receive all software patches, are in working order when returned to the secure storage locations. Working with global project content developers to ensure the delivery of the content to the hardware devices is usable by the AR device users.
• You will also work with IT Data analytics personnel and Project manager to identify and scope indicators to support project key deliverables around utilization, quality and customer satisfaction.

* The position does not include coding or Augmented Reality SW development ​

* This is a temporary position for 24 months

Qualifications

• Hands on experience working with IT systems (SW and HW)
• A technical oriented individual who likes to explore new technologies
• BA or BSc Degree (Preferably IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering and etc.)
• Agility to communicate technical information effectively in a global setting using different communication platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to team environment
• Work independently, have good judgement and consistent follow-through
• Familiarity with Mobile device app installations/provisioning

Advantage:

• Familiarity with AR and VR technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including TEAMS
• Knowledge in Power Apps
