Corporate Services (CS) provides Intel employees the infrastructure and environment to create breakthrough technology that make amazing experiences possible. Our scope is vast, whether we are providing services that help employees stay productive and satisfied, or transforming how we work by providing ultra-pure water/chemicals to factory process tools, shuttling employees between sites, protecting the environment, keeping employees safe, or building and maintaining offices, labs, and factories. - The candidate will be primarily based at Intel Korea facility; and he/she will be expected to make irregular visit at the second Intel Korea facility
- The candidate will represent Corporate Service team to manage two Intel facilities at South Korea
- Total facility space is about 41,000 SQF and total customers will be about 170
- The candidate is responsible for the overall facilities operations through the support from the integrated facility supplier named JLL.
- The candidate will assure the provision of high quality and on-time services and solutions performed in a safe, cost effective, and environmentally conscious manner.
- Extensive interaction with internal customers and some of the small projects will be related to office renovation and space rearrangement.
- He or she will also manage emergency and other incidents with the support of the Emergency Response Team.
- He or she will have the opportunity to deal with unplanned government visit at the facilities.
- The candidate will report to a regional team, the Northeast Asia CS team. This team support Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, Xian, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years relevant experience on facility management. Relevant experiences in client or supplier side will be acceptable.
2.Fluent in written and speaking English.
3. Ability to deal with unexpected situation with minimum support.
4. College degree in mechanical or electrical engineering will be a plus.
