Education/Skills/Abilities Required:
1. Superior written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English required with additional proficiency in Cantonese preferred.
2. Standard skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Four year college degree; additional post-graduate degree preferred
4. Knowledge of China labor laws, human rights issues, and international labor standards required
5. Comprehensive understanding of issues specific to women and migrant workers ideal.
6. Minimum five years of work experience in CSR-related field
7. Ability to adapt to challenging work environment in a constantly changing industry
8. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
9. Self-starter, problem solver, with an entrepreneurial disposition
10. Creative and innovative thinking
11. Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
