Responsible for planning and implementing activities to demonstrate AIA's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility. The Senior Program Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the program’s financial, programmatic and administrative implementation. He/She is also responsible in ensuring effective partnership , resource mobilisation as well as monitoring and evaluation of the program.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Program Management and Implementation:

• - Undertake day to day management of the program, including effective implementation of activities and document progress towards the achievement of outputs
• - ensure appropriate recording and accounting documentation as required by the management of policies
• - ensure delivery of resources as results according to planned targets
• -prepare work plans, produce timely reports- financial and progress reports as required by AIA Philippines and partners.
• -integration of CSR initiatives/programs with AIAs strategic priorities on Health and Wellness/Protection products
• -development of a clear integrated communication plan highlighting priority CSR programs as part of total ESG across media channels and utilising Financial Advisors thru SLIM and on ground initiatives.

2. Advocacy, Partnerships and Resource Mobilization

• -Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders (Government, organisations and donors)
• -support in mobilisation of resources from different partners, including but not limited to preparation of strategies, program briefs , project documents and field implementation/ visits.

3. Responsible for other tasks and assignments given by top management from time-to-time

Minimum Job requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Fluency in English and Social Development languages
• At least 10 years of progressive and solid work background
