Main Responsibilities: CS, Logistics & Payment Platforms
Prepare products & reports by collecting and analyzing data
Provide accurate and valid information by using the right methods/tools
Customer Service
1) Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
2) Resolve customer's inquiries & complaints via email or social media to achieve satisfaction
3) Escalation from CS team in 3 different locations
Logistics:
1) Daily admin tasks like data collection & analysis
2) Logistics vendor communication (US based)
Payment Platforms:
1) Daily admin tasks like charge/refund transactions
2) Payment platform vendor communication (US based)
Qualifications:
1) English Major or fluent in Oral and Written English
2) Excellent communication skills – comprehension and written English
3) Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
4) Ability to work with little supervision and pressure
5) Exceptional work ethic and student mentality
6) Positive, solution-oriented attitude
