Job Description
1. Conduct IU demand forecast analysis and have regular review meeting with key IU accounts for forecast accuracy improvement 2. Lead team to balance IU demand vs plant capacity and material supply, achieve quarterly sales forecast within 2% variation 3. Complete various report timely and accurately (eg weekly/monthly finance report, monthly SIOP report ,delivery risk and pastdue analysis report etc) 4. Lead IU customer satisfaction survey annually and drive for improvement actions 5. Take as liason officer and proactively communicate with IU customers and various departments (plant team/RD/PM/quality team etc) to solve issues and meet customer expectation as much as possible. 6. Coach and lead team to fulfil various tasks timely and effectively. 7. Focus on continuous improvement on processes and team efficiency and leveraging IT tools and automation. 8. Support manager to fulfil job assigned and achieve KPIs Qualifications Education level required:Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management / International Trade or related areas Years and area of experience required:5 + years’ experience in Sales support, Customer Service, Supply Chain / Logistics field Technical knowledge: Proficient in computer skills esp. for Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), and good SAP/EDI knowledge preferred Good oral and written English skill Soft skills: Good communication skills and team leadership skills. Professional presence with the ability to work across different cultures.
