• Coordination on daily cooperation with network and local customers.
• Ensure customer service is delivered according to guidelines and agreed KPIs in order to improve commercial position.
• KPI preparation for key accounts.
• Trouble shooting on any related issues occurring during the process.
• Participate in meetings with sales staff locally in Shanghai to have a quick progressive understanding of aerospace industry.
• Responding network RFI, RFQ.
• Cross-departmental communication with OP, Finance, Subcontractor etc. on related issues.
• Fitting in roles while other aerospace staffs are on leave.
  

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for daily consignment report, monthly KPI report. Monitoring on site inspector performance.

• Responsible for current traffic coordination, being progressive for ad hoc inquiry and gradually take practice for quotation preparation.

• To insure the customer and network satisfaction by providing information – feedback – adapted solutions.

• To assist the Operation in sustaining the customer’s need in term of follow-up.

• To conduct trouble shooting in collaboration with other BOLLORE departments.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 year experience in 3PL/Freight forwarding
• Good standardization skills for process.
• Good identification of the duties to be performed by himself and different colleagues and coordination of these duties
• Reactivity, creativity and pro-activeness towards customer for trouble shooting / solutions
• Good communication (verbal, written, listening and presentation) skills required
