Position overview

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks that assigned by shift leader in accordance with established job procedures, standard operating procedures, manuals, etc.
• Understand, follow and promote safety practices.
• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in respective work place.
  Work with teammates to ensure team objectives are being met.
• Move pre-batched raw materials and load properly.
• Finished goods packing.
• Change sparkler filter.
• Maintain good 5S standards for all responsible area.
• Perform LOTO under instruction of Technician when necessary.
• Perform a proper shift turnover.
• Help Technician plan the task in the shift.
• When have spare time, help others who may need it with instruction from that person.
• Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned to field operator by shift leader.
• Observe abnormalities carefully and collect first-hand information and report to shift leader ASAP.
• Act properly during emergency case.
• Finish all tasks assigned by Shift Leader.

Required skills and experience

• High school or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience in chemical plant with chemical background, or
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a chemical plant if no chemical background, or
• No work experience in a chemical plant but with college degree.
• Basic safety awareness
• Basic chemical process knowledge.
• Must be able to understand relevant English messages.
• Clear oral communication skill
