Reporting into the Customer Service Manager for NSW, the primary responsibility of the Team Leader is to support and enhance our customer experience by leading an experienced Diagnostic Imaging technical service team in Computer Tomography (CT) & Molecular Imaging (MI). Your tasks and responsibilities: Quality and Safety is a key responsibility of all our employees and as a Team Leader you will ensure that this focus is upheld and work with the relevant stakeholders to support process improvements. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability and focus on mentoring, coaching and leader of your team ensuring that they achieve their full potential in professional growth. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that our customer obligations are achieved, and you will take ownership of escalations. Responsible for managing team members performance, drive development opportunities and be involved in annual remuneration reviews. You will be passionate about healthcare and work towards supporting the growth and customer satisfaction of our business. Your qualifications and experience: You ideally have a thorough understanding of medical imaging systems and/or a background in healthcare. Experience working on relevant equipment would be considered advantageous but not essential. You have a reputation for delivering high levels of customer service. You are responsive to evolving priorities. Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. You demonstrate natural people leadership skills and have had some experience in coaching or mentoring technical team members. This position will involve travel and you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
